Congratulations Lt. Hak!

The Township of Haddon and the Borough of Audubon Park are pleased to announce the nomination and acceptance of Police Lieutenant Timothy Hak to the prestigious 283rd Session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Va.

The FBI National Academy is a professional course of study for U.S. and international law enforcement managers nominated by their agency heads because of demonstrated leadership qualities. The 10-week program provides coursework in intelligence theory, terrorism and terrorist mindsets, management science, law, behavioral science, law enforcement communication, and forensic science.

The National Academy serves to improve the administration of justice in police departments and agencies at home and abroad and to raise law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide. Less than 1% of all law enforcement leaders worldwide have the opportunity to graduate from the FBI National Academy. This training course is widely recognized as the highest level of law enforcement training in world.

“We are very proud of Lt. Hak’s acceptance into the Academy” stated Audubon Park Mayor Larry Pennock, “especially since only a select few are chosen.”  Haddon Twp. Mayor Randy Teague believes that “this training and the entire experience at Quantico will be incredibly valuable not only to Lt. Hak but the entire police department and the community.”  Jim Mulroy, Haddon Twp. Commissioner over Public Safety concurs and feels that “his acceptance is a tremendous honor and demonstrates the high caliber of leadership and professionalism within our department.”
