God of Carnage

By Yasmina Reza
May 7 – May 31

This international, award-wining comedy offers the spectator sport of watching four skilled actors taking on roles that allow them to eat the scenery, behave very badly and tear into each other while we, the audience, die from laughter! This contemporary, Tony Award-winning black comedy will have us all talking about it long after the final curtain comes down. Join us as we watch two couples – trying to resolve the children’s conflict – slowly degenerate into children themselves.

Historic Champion School Clean-up

Sunday, May 31st from 10am to 3 pm.  Calling all volunteer residents and local contractors.

We are inviting residents and/or licensed contractors to submit bids on various jobs such as painting and construction for the historic CHAMPION SCHOOL, located at Collings and Lynne Avenue in the West Collingswood Extension of Haddon Township.
A new committee has been formed to continue the preservation of this historic landmark built in 1821, which is officially known as the Newton Union School House.
On May 31, 2015 from 10AM to 3PM the school house will be open for a cleaning and repair evaluation. All interested contractors should stop by during this time to see the property and survey the repairs.
If anyone is willing to donate their services, we will feature an advertisement for your business on our Web site, which is expected to launch soon.
Anyone who wishes to help in clean up/repair effort is invited to join us!

For more information on the clean-up, donating or joining the non-profit, Friends of Champion School, please contact Doug Kelly at
